Amazing place with great amenities like air conditioning, tv, and excellent Wi-Fi. The staff helped me with a local taxi number during my first stay. I always recommend it for comfort.

We had a fairly nice time. Great hotel, we greatly enjoyed its central location so close to central market and the historical centre. We had double room with high ceiling, the bedroom plus a delicius breakfast. The vibe here was contemporary. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

The hotel was at very convenient location, just 2 minutes from the city market and 10 minutes from the Duomo. The host - Andrea was very hospitable, and gave us suggestions what to see and recommended a few good local restaurants. We tried some of them and it was worth it

Excellent location close to attractions, strong WiFi connections, authentic Florence building
Street noise from Via Nazionale interferes with sleep!!! Small bathrooms feel cramped with limited counter space!!! Dim lighting leaves rooms feeling dull and uninviting!!!

Firstly, the location of Cicerone Guest House is very good, just a 6-7 minute-walk from Florence Central Station to there. Secondly, the staff was really nice and fluent in English, there was no difficulty communicating with the staff. Thirdly, the accommodation in Cicerone Guest House was really nice, with cool air-conditioner, comfortable and soft bed, nice washroom and spacious room. Fourthly, the rent of Cicerone Guest House was reasonable.
The wifi connection could have been improved - wifi signal could have reached the whole Guest House.

Staff is amazingly helpful. We got very warm welcome and a bunch of advices - where to go, where to eat, etc... Rooms are very clean with natural light (bit noisy because of the street) and good equipment. Location is just perfect - 5 min on foot to main attractions. Close to train station as well.

Cicerone Guest House offers a great location, just a short walk to major attractions and train stations. The room felt comfortable, thanks to the reliable air conditioning, essential during the heat. I appreciated the strong shower pressure, especially after a long day exploring the city. Breakfast included delicious coffee and pastries, though I would have liked more variety. The street noise could be disruptive at night, which might not be ideal for light sleepers. The blend of affordability and location makes this guest house a valuable option despite a few manageable inconveniences.

The staff are very hospitality, very nice, give us a lot of useful information such as places to visit, suggested routes, recommanded us a very nice and local restaurant at a reasonable price. Very helpful and will absolutely stay there again!!!
The only one thing is the hostel located at 1st floor and they don't have the lift...It's a bit difficult to carry a heavy luggage upstairs.

The staff, especially Fabio, was very accomodating with suggestions on what to see, eat, reservations, and how to get around the city.
The placement of the shower seemed as if it was an after-thought. It was in the corner of the bathroom, next to the toilet with a narrow area to shower without bumping into the curtain. It was impossible to maneuver without rubbing against the curtain. To me. this is unsanitary. Most everything got wet because the shower was an open area concept.

One of the owners was very helpful and Gave us some great tips! The only thing we liked about the hotel.
The worst hotel we ever stayed! At night we were waking up all the time because the thin and old windows we letting in all the awful noise from the street! It was a beginning of the week but we felt like in a middle of a drunk party till 4 in the morning with every scooter passing by sounding like a ferrari during the race due to the echo of narrow streets. Small Bugs in our beds were biting us all night long. The place looked like cheap dormitory inside as well.

The hotel owners were very friendly and helpful. Spoke excellent English. The room was realitively clean and comfortable. Right off of a pretty busy street, but it was quite in the room. Great location from the train station and the top tourist spots.
